Very clean room and bathroom, and nice and kind staff! The common area is pleasant and with nice amenities, including several options for snacks and drinks available. The wifi also worked great. I didn't have time to have breakfast at the guest house, which is charged apart. It would be nice to have it included in the stay.

The breakfast was fantastic with all you can imagine. The stuff was very professional and competent. The sky bar is at the top of the building with a magnificent view to Maputo's Bay.

The view from the room (11th floor) was excellent of the Cathedral, the Katembe bridge and the city. The unit was clean and we were upgraded at no additional charge. The buffet breakfast was exceptional and provided for the entire families differing tastes and requests.

When I exchanged SouthAfrica Rand at airport, I gave her R3000 but I only got R2000. I told this event to Hotel manager, he was very helpful for me. Finally he went to the exchange company to get R1000 back. He is a very reliable man. The security is better than the city center. Many restaurant and supermarket is close to the hotel.

We had an amazing stay at Seaside retreat. Sheldone was an absolutely best- friendly, helpful, and welcoming.
