convenient central location, friendly staff from the receptionist to, dinning area, house keeping, and the parking lot, comfortable beds, big rooms, gym, sky bar, fast Wifi connection. Fresh breakfast. We felt very safe as the hotel is located around some government precinct where there is security.

The view from the room (11th floor) was excellent of the Cathedral, the Katembe bridge and the city.
The unit was clean and we were upgraded at no additional charge.

I told this event to Hotel manager, he was very helpful for me. Finally he went to the exchange
company to get R1000 back. He is a very reliable man.
