When I exchanged SouthAfrica Rand at airport, I gave her R3000 but I only got R2000.
I told this event to Hotel manager, he was very helpful for me. Finally he went to the exchange
company to get R1000 back. He is a very reliable man.
The security is better than the city center.
Many restaurant and supermarket is close to the hotel.

The lovely people of Sundown went out of their way to help and accommodate me after I realized that I did not want to spend a second night in the Green Stay House Hotel in Maputo. Within the hour Mr. Bernardo came to pick me up from there and I arrived to a beautiful room with all the amenities, with breakfast on the patio and a relaxing atmosphere. I cannot thank them enough for their superb care and kindness. I highly recommend staying here, I wish I had found them from day one! You made my stay in Maputo wonderful and put a big smile on my face!

The location is nice and convenient. The most outstanding quality of the property is the staff. Especially the receptionists, i.e. Tiago, Ilke and Claudio. They were very friendly and caring, always willing to assit you. They would even come to your room to check if you had your breakfast. You really feel that you are at home.
