Spacious, comfortable houseboat just a few minutes’ walk from the nearest metro and tram stops. Lovely to be right on the canal with coots visiting at the window! We visited as a family of four. There was plenty of room and we all enjoyed it very much. Communication with the host was excellent.

The room fully corresponds to the description and expectations, you can't say that it is very big but not small either, so it will be quite comfortable to unpack your suitcases and hang your outerwear. The room has a fairly comfortable bathroom and amenities are changed every day. Also, be sure to purchase breakfast as it is great here - in fact, it is a buffet with a huge selection of dishes for every taste and there are chefs who can cook something to order. The hotel is located very close to the metro station so you can always get to any part of the city. Most of the rooms have windows overlooking the river with boat-houses, which adds charm and impressions. Don't forget to bring slippers and a robe if you want to use the outdoor pool or saunas (they are included in the booking), but slippers and a robe are sold separately as a set.

Clean, tiny room with all the necessary appliances, small coffee machine and Ironing table helped us a lot. Staff was amazing, we had easy check-in and check-out. Breakfast was very very good, there was everything one can wish. Unfortunately Sauna was out of order the day we arrived and we had not got enough time to check it afterwards.
