The reception staff was very nice and pleasant, the lounge is very pretty, love the happy hour even tho we couldn’t attend. The bed- so comfortable 10/10, Room cute, we got everything we expected.

On seeing that we are a couple they upgraded us to a better room for free. Has a nice human touch rather than the impersonal nature of large hotel chains.
