Location is great, close to the tram going downtown, the rooms are spacious, comfortable clean and beautiful, the small balcony is amazing, the bathroom is clean and very easy. We were touched by the great hospitality of the hosts: coffee, tea, oil, salt and pepper and even pop corn were available , as well as clothes detergent. All this is very precious when you are traveling with short stays. And they have been very responsive all over our stay.

The owner, Geir may appear a little brusque in written communication, however that doesn't reflect the reality of the charming man that you will meet when you arrive. The apartment itself is perfectly located. Internally it has lots of space and is somewhat eccentric in a good way. Interesting art work on the walls and personal touches everywhere. Don't bother to bring shower gels or shampoo, there is enough in the bathroom already for a 12 month stay. The fridge (and freezer) were packed with food and drinks when we arrived. A little less so when we left.

Housed in an early 1900s building in Oslo, Cochs Pensjonat offers free Wi-Fi and rooms with private bathrooms and kitchenettes. Karl Johans Gate shopping street is a 10-minute walk away.

The location is great, very close to the city. The room is very clean, with a kitchen and a refrigerator. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely return to Oslo in a couple of years and I recommend this accommodation.
