Sunny and the staff of best hostel really made our stay at Kathmandu extra special. Sunny is so welcoming and hospitable and always makes you smile after a big day of walking around. People were so accommodating, a beautiful place to stay in a great location. The staff up front were great with recommendations and help with my rides and transfers. The breakfast was incredible, as someone that is gluten free they brought me handmade gluten free pancakes and freshly baked bread everyday. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure I had options to eat and were exceptional. I couldn’t recommend a better place and friendlier or more accommodating staff!

This was the third time I have stayed in this property. It feels like you are in your own home. Staffs are very friendly, accommodating, caring and courteous. Let me give you an example of its caring staff. “For the breakfast, they serve you with two slices of toasts. Since I was cutting down carbs, I asked the lady at front desk to send me only one slice of toast because I didn’t want to waste food. After few days, she brought me two slices of toasts and told me that the size of the bread on that particular day was kind of smaller, and she thought one smaller piece wouldn’t be enough. That just brought a big smile in my face.” Even the dog at the property is so kind, it likes to welcome all the guests each time they arrive. I will definitely come back here next time I visit Nepal.
