I liked everything! The hotel is newly renovated, modern, super clean and conveniently located! You’re steps away from the beach, boutique shops, a supermarket, restaurants. It takes about 15-20 minutes to get to the city center by bus, a little bit longer if you take a ferry, which I’d highly recommend. Last but not least, I’d like to say a big thank to the staff! They are very nice people, helpful and professional. Krystal and Kunwar helped me a lot! Thank you, guys! Also the manager was great. I would definitely recommend staying at the hotel.

It's a great hotel! Feels like we are in Hawaii or tropical vibe place. I like the location as it is 3mins walk to Bruce Mason Center - great for attending an event. It is also near the Takapuna Beach. The staff are so friendly especially with our requests. They remove rubbish and change towels everyday. The room has complete kitchen facilities so we're able to cook food.

City of Sails Motel offers a range of studios and apartments with cooking facilities, en suite bathrooms and satellite TV. Located opposite North Shore Hospital, it offers free off-street car parking....

Easy to get to the Takapuna beach, bars and restaurants. Local transport was easy to use to get around. The accommodation was ideal for myself and my partner. Very comfortable bed, Great TV package. Very friendly staff.

I liked the location and peace and quiet. The apartment is well appointed and I was able to host a dinner for my cousin and her husband.

Only 10 minutes' drive from Auckland city centre and just a short walk to sandy Takapuna Beach, The Spencer Hotel offers stunning views of Auckland.

Stayed in apartment 17 and it was a pleasant surprise as some of the reviews from previous residents were a bit mixed. Nice high level of cleanliness, very comfortable furnishings and very well fitted out with all the necessary appliances. Well located within easy reach of the city and local amenities.
