The staff was so helpful and friendly. As usual, they had a hard time with customers not knowing how to behave at a hostel. Byt thus staff did a marvelous job always with a smile on their face.
The restaurant had a great variety of selections. All was lovely and good seating.

They gracefully accepted to keep our luggage for a couple of days while we went to Machu Picchu.

Hotel Amaru Colonial has e perfect location - located in the old city, 5 minutes walk to Plaza de Las Armas, but still away from the noise and the crowd. Our room had a nice balcony overlooking Cusco. The breakfast was super good and tasty. WiFi was good. The receptionist had to restart our modem once, as we were not getting signal. You have to let the hot water run a bit before jumping into the shower. There was a heating in the night. Hotel sent us a taxi to the airport to pick us up - 30 soles and then the same when we were leaving. The hotel gardens are gorgeous. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Must visit the vegetarian place 2 min walk from the Hotel called Green Point.

This is a beautiful hotel right in the heart of San Blas without being far from the main square. San Blas, by the way, is where all the cool restaurantes, bars, shops, cool streets, and 12 sided rocks are located in Cusco.
Our three bed bedroom was perfect and even had a small private patio and confortable dressing room which is appreciated with three per room. The shower was hot, the sheets where super comfy and so where the mattresses.
The hotel has a series of beautiful courtyards which are very instagrammable if that is your thing.
I would very much recommend anyone stay at this hotel.
