more than a 5 star service from the staff! Love the swimming pools. So relaxing place away from the crowds but also it’s walking distance to nightlife/white beach station 2&3. Rooms are spacious even better than other 5 stars brand hotels. My husband absolutely love our stay that we extended for another 4 nights (we are still here) and planning to go back again.

The service was exceptional and flawless. Book this hotel if you want to experience Boracay at a whole other level. They take care of you from the airport to your hotel. The staffs are fast and very accommodating. Most of all, their awesome beach butlers automstically hand you towel and water after you get up the beach or pool. We really liked the laidback vibe of the place, it was very quiet and did not feel cramped or crowded unlike other places near the Central area. Our Cliff Bungalow had an amazing view of the sea, and was more than enough space for 2 people. The Service and Cleanliness were commendable, the staff cleaned the floors, made our bed and replaced all Towels (bath, beach, and hand) everyday. We also liked the thoughtfulness behind small details, like providing enough extra toilet rolls (surprised how that's not standard for most hotels), dishwashing liquid and new sponge for washing used mugs, complimentary jug of drinking water, and even a beach bag for our towels. The staff were also very helpful, they carried our luggages up and also down the property when we checked out. There is just a bit of a climb to the Cliff Bungalow, but we were informed in advance so it wasn't really an issue for us. We liked that we were forced to do a bit of exercise everyday.

The staff was very accommodating. The front desk called to check us as soon as we went to the room and asked if we needed anything. During our last day their elevator was having maintenance and the front desk informed us very early and told us to just call them in case we will be needing help with our luggage on our checkout. They also visited every room and sent out notice for the said maintenance. So I would like to commend them for doing this and informing every single guest. The room was also very spacious, clean and also smelled very good. We spent my sisters birthday at Altabriza and on the day of her birthday we brought a balloon but unfortunately the straw included to blow air on the balloon was missing so we went outside to buy something that we can alternatively use. Once we went back to our room we were surprised that the room was already cleaned and also the balloon was already inflated. Thank you to the staff that helped us! We came back to the room cleaned and smelled good as new just like when we first checked in! We also enjoyed the infinity pool on the rooftop with a good view of bulabog beach. All in all we had a great stay at Altabriza. We had a smooth stay because of the helpful staff.

I am extremely satisfied with this hotel. The property is stunning, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with excellent amenities. The beachfront restaurant is fantastic; although a bit pricey, the convenience of being able to swim at the beach and then have lunch just a few steps away is outstanding. The sun loungers are great, and towels are provided on the beach, which is a wonderful touch. As for the beach itself, it’s truly one of the best in the world. The white sand and unparalleled comfort are rare to find. I can’t hide my excitement about this beach and the overall experience. Our trip was amazing, and this hotel played a big role in making it so memorable.
