Communication with the owner was easy. Checking in and checking out is easy peasy too! The location is just a stone throw away from the mall itself. Very convenient! And if you ran out of supplies when the mall is closed there are stores around that are open 24/7. The flat itself is rather cute and well kept. Very clean everywhere from the lobby, communal spaces and surrounding areas! The staff are always courteous and helpful. We totally enjoyed our stay here. My in-laws were impressed with the whole experience. Thank you!

The place is so clean, comfy and smells good. It is small but we're comfortable during our stay. There were complimentary bottled waters and coffee. We were also given toiletries. Everything we needed for an overnight stay- check! We appreciate that Carl was very responsive too, he made sure we had a great stay at his place.
