Comfortable Room and delicious breakfast

Modern hotel located in a city centre. Parking free of charge in the streets near the hotel on weekend.. The room was clean, comfortable bed. Surprising and unusual breakfast on the 7th floor. We enjoy it very much. Open terrace. Friedly staff:)

The hotel is in the center with a lot of restaurants & bars nearby. Got rewards for the design and now I know why - it is very modern, simply feels comfy & welcoming. We were very satisfied with the quality & selection of breakfast, very nice! Sauna & big gym are also really nice touch. The room (Junior Corner) Is astonishing in almost every aspect - the size, design, view, comfortable beds & chair.

I travelled a lot for business and spent 11 days in NYX and 6 days in Mercure just across the street, I think I can offer a quite detailed comparison between them: Firstly, Wifi, NYX has much faster Wifi than Mercure. In Mercure I can hardly watch a video on Youtube, especially on the 6th Floor. Fitment: NYX is much newer than Mercure, but it contains lots of elements of wild animals and with a slogan “welcome to our jungle”. Price: the price of NYX hotel is about 10-15% lower than Mercure. Breakfast: most foods are similar, but NYX has a kitchen in the breakfast room which you can order omelet at the chef directly. Mercure puts a small note on the desk says you can order something by asking the staffs, but during 6 days stay I never see anyone gets “ordered omelet”. Room: NYX room 26 m2, Mercure room 22 m2. Entertainment: Both hotels have bars, the advantage of Mercure is that if you don’t ask for room cleaning, you can get a voucher for a beer, wine or Aperol Spritz in the bar. NYX has a few units of FREE arcades with multiple games(like Golden Axe, 1944, The King of Fighters, etc. ) in the bar, very interesting. For TV, Mercure has like 33 channels, most of which are Polish. NYX has more channels including 3 FREE HBO channels! All in English, every night at least 1 blockbuster, way much better! Gym: Mercure has more fitness equipment than NYX, but NYX's gym room is bigger and higher in which I can do rope skipping, Mercure's gym room is in the basement. View: My Room in NYX is at 18 floor, I can even see sunrise in the morning, also very beautiful in the night. Mercure has only 6 floors, you can only “look up” at the other high buildings. After 11 days in NYX I thought that I wanted the change a new environment and moved to Mercure, after 1 day stay in Mercure I wanted to move back to NYX, but unfortunately, there is no single room, only the suites with 55 m2 which is out of budget. Sum up: I highly recommend NYX hotel, especially to young people.

Easy ro access, check in was available on 11 PM, very comfortable bed and sofa, everything was super clean, staff was very friendly.

amazing location - just in city center of Warsaw. great facility, many restaurants and coffee places around. great communication with a super nice host. super clean, well equipped and cosy apartment Apartment’s view is overlooking Warsaw city center.

Excellent customer service, perfect location, very tasty breakfast, etc.

Locastion is perfect. Near public transport and main train station.
