I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options to suit every taste. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. Staying at the old city has its own magic; narrow streets and cosy atmosphere. Aleksander is a generous host . The apartment, though small, has all facilities with necessary supplies like detergents and clean towels. He provides a fan but could be humid on hot days. I believe he has done his best to make our stay comfortable. Also make sure to write Fado museum for the nearest vehicle accessible location.

The hotel is very well located in the Alfama neighborhood, just a 15-minute walk from the city center. The room was large and spacious, and the iconic tram passes right beneath the window — you can even hear it coming! :) Even though it's in the narrow streets of the neighborhood, the taxi drops you off right at the door, super convenient!

This is one of the best places we have ever stayed. The huge old building, located in the old, pretty part of Lisbon, Alfama, has been converted into extremely spacious and comfortable modern apartments. We had a big bedroom and bathroom plus an enormous living room/kitchen and a private outdoor space with table and chairs. There is also a delightful communal garden with all-year swimming pool, which was pleasant to use in late March. The street outside has small shops and restaurants and is busy, though you hear no noise at all inside the building. The price we paid was comparable with that of many much smaller hotel rooms.
