It was a perfect stay. Staff is very friendly and supportive. I had some special requests during the breakfast (ex: lactose free milk) they quickly acted on my requests. Room was very clean and big. Housekeeping is very good. The service at the spa was excellent. Even if it was not a big spa that can accommodate a big crowd. It was clean and cozy. We had a perfect relaxing massage. Overall experience was excellent.

Perfect location, just 5 minutes from the metro and 15 from the airport. Super nice, cozy hotel, unfortunately they don´t make hotels like this anymore :( everything it´s a jail box nowadays... I really hope it doesn´t change i loved everything!

We were a family of five, two adults and three children staying for 10 days, and from the very beginning, Mr. Joao Chaves and Filipe Costa at the reception were exceptionally kind and helpful. They warmly welcomed us and took the time to explain everything we needed to know about the city, providing numerous tips and advice. Thanks to their outstanding service, our stay was truly wonderful. The breakfast was absolutely good. We were recommended this hotel for everyone. It is a really five stars hotel.

This hotel features a sauna, just across the street from Entrecampos Metro Station. It serves a breakfast buffet which includes fresh juice, preserves and gourmet coffee.

Room was really clean and nice. Hotel has a perfect position if you arrive by plane. There is a bus stop in front of hotel and metro 5 minutes walk away. Hotel staff is extremely polite and helpfull. We were on our honeymoon and they gifted us a bottle of expensive champagne with cakes. Good hotel!

Small cozy and clean hotel in a great location. Our room had a nice balcony. There was a nice pool at the hotel but we didn’t have a chance to use it. Location was perfect - 10m bolt drive from the airport. Continental breakfast had lots of choice and the coffee was great. Will definitely use this hotel again.

Everything was great. Best place to rest after sightseeing all day, if you don't need five star hotel. Clean flat, comfortable beds. Full recommendation!

Spotless, bright studio with a very comfortable bed and quiet A/C. The kitchenette was handy for quick meals, Wi-Fi was fast, and the shower had great pressure. Location in Alvalade is excellent—safe neighborhood with cafés and supermarkets nearby, close to the metro and the airport. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly and responsive. Great value for money.
