Nothing left except to say a wonderful experience for too short of a time. We will come back to see Helen on our next trip to Lisbon but we'll ask for room on the first floor if possible. Of note: Fully soundproof, no street or airport noise (airport is only 10 minutes drive). Close to Oriente train and bus. Superb neighborhood. Secure. Thank you, Helen!!

located in an accessible area with lots of eateries and small shops nearby. property exemplary and comfortable. greeted by owners with a spread of cheeses meats pastries and drinks. everything you could want in kitchen and many little treats like toothbrush kits and fluffy white towels. whole apartment beautifully decorated with dining table comfy living room seating great beds and pristine large showers. two balconies with seating offered fresh air and great views from 10th floor. near to airport but planes not noisy.

The place has a homey feel, so you feel like you are staying at a house and not a hotel. The staff is extremely professional and friendly! The pool is amazing, the beds are extremely comfortable and it's a 15 min walk/4 min drive to the airport so it's really easy to get out if you have an early morning flight. We had a flight cancellation and just enjoyed staying there to relax in the pool after stressing over how to get everybody on new flights. There is a quiet neighborhood a pleasant 25 min walk away. It was a nice evening diversion and a great area for food. I highly recommend this place!!!

Facilities were excellent; the beds are comfortable, with ample space in the room. The bathroom is fantastic, the bath in the room is huge and there are two sinks to get ready with. The kitchen downstairs was very useful, and the area out back was okay to sit in and eat early breakfast before exploring. The location is very close to Green Line Metro and to the train station to head into Sintra, if you want to head to Belem, it will be a slightly longer journey than being central. Ying was excellent at communicating about everything and helped make the stay easy admin-wise. Free water and snacks was provided for our arrival as well, and the little touches added to the experience
