The stuff was amazing. Both super nice and professional and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We arrived late at night due to our flight being delayed and still when we arrived the woman at the reception welcomed us with a smile and explained everything regarding the hotel as well as giving us tips about our stay in Lisbon.
