Location and the staff of the hostel, they were very friendly and helpful, especially Hugo who met us on our arrival. Also the toilets were very modern and clean and you even have a couple of sitting rooms and kitchens to share with other guests that are very nice

This place is extremely pleasant! The furnishings, the decorative elements, the garden, and the terraces are beautiful and artistic. The staff are very friendly and helpful, it was a pleasure to talk to them and get invaluable tips for less touristy places in Lisbon! Although there was a climb up the steep streets of Lisbon to the accommodation, the beautiful view of the city from this place is fantastic! The beds are very comfortable and the room has everything you need. Hope to come back some day to Lisbon and to this place!

The building is very old and beautiful. Breakfast had a good assortment of fresh fruits and pastries. Staff was very attentive and service was excellent. Location is great, close to many attractions and easy access to transport.

The location of the hotel was within 15 minutes walk of the water, and within 10 minutes walk of a large shopping mall. There were several nice restaurants within walking distance, including an outstanding steak house just next door. The hotel is managed in partnership with another large hotel across the street, which allowed us to use their gym to work out. The rooms were nicely renovated and beautifully tiled in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The room was air conditioned and the breakfast was one of the best breakfast buffets I have had in Europe. My son and I enjoyed it immensely!
