We loved everything: from the great location to the friendly and exceptionally attentive staff!! When we checked in on Friday, they took a scan of our passports (normal) and must have discovered my partner's birthday was the following day because, without us saying anything, the staff left 2 pastel de natas and a lovely bottle of sparkling wine in our room on Saturday afternoon!

I took a girl I had recently met to Lisbon as a big surprise trip like I have never done before, and this was the first place we stayed. This hotel blew her away. Going into the room the view was spectacular and the blinds opened up on a wonderful view. She said it was the fanciest hotel she had ever stayed in. The Bluetooth sound system let us play music through the room which she absolutely loved and so did I (We got to listen to out special travel playlist). The lighting was super fancy and she looked beautiful under the red romance lighting. The bathroom was also incredible with a huge rainfall shower that really impressed her. Everything was clean and shiny and modern, and the wall art was an amazing touch. The hotel was right by a train station so convenient to get around the city. It also was by a very large park, which at the time had a wonderful Christmas market, so the park or the market was a great first activity. This was an incredible place to start our trip and made a great first impression on her. I couldn't have asked for more.

The facility is generally amazing. Karim is super. Full of life.. Not to forget Vitor who drove us to the hotel . Fantastic people! Very helpful. Coming from a country (Kenya) where people are extra friendly , I was very impressed. The breakfast is amazing, especially the pastry area is super! The free wine and chocolates.. Alloy restaurant is fantastic.. Very impressive!
