Loved the spacious room, the bathroom clean, too. The shower was in good condition and easy to operate. The ceiling fan/light was a bit noisy though. The bed was comfortable too.

The location was great. It was a short walking distance from the metro station. The room was comfortable and very well equipped. We had no issues checking in by ourselves. I would definetely stay here again.

It's not far from the metro station Bolao (700 meters ). I had the red room with bathroom . The room was very nice . Francesco is always doing his best to make life easier for the people in his house . For me it was no problem to stay with them , they are nice people and live on the top floor . In nighttime its always quiet, in daytime there is some noises from the livingroom .But most of the people are visiting the city then . The bed can be a bit small for two people . The showers are modern and nice and warm . I had a good time

Really friendly staff, very professional and informative. Taking care of every detail and very good knowledge of the city. Hotel is beautiful, rooms are beautiful. Greeting with pastel de nata and port wine - very nice touch. Amenities excellent, bed was very comfortable. The room was really beautiful. All facilities worked great.
