The facilities of the hotel truly exceeded my expectations, it’s a high tech hotel with fully electronic curtains ,blinds lights . The staff was so polite and friendly especially Mirza and Ismail the restaurant managers would actually get everything on your table themselves if I asked for any item in the buffet . They took care of every guest themselves which is not usually in other buffet restaurants where even waiters ask you to help yourself I have stayed in many 5 stars including Ritz, Fairmount , Hilton etc but this hotel truly was an amazing experience Will stay in jeddah always in this hotel
