One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in recently. Both clean and very close to Ravza. The friendly staff made me very happy. I would especially like to thank our snowman Hazrat Ali again. He was very helpful.

Everything ..the ratings of "Exeptional" is legit. As a lady, solo traveler, staying for 4 nights, I can reassure that this property is superb and safe. The unit as per photo. If you are a solo traveler, try book room 601..it is next to the open balcony. As if that is yours 🥰. The elevator is very unique as it has 2 doors and the door itself is digital lock system..no need to worry about the room card anymore. Location is superb. 1.6km to Masjidil Nabawi and 1.3km to Masjid Quba. If you are an athletics, can continue this journey as exercise but if you are unable to walk that far, don't worry..the Golf car is available (SAR10) single trip. The groceries shop are everywhere and if you love shopping..you can use this verse :shop till you drop". Lastly, the manager Mr Wael El Sayed is very pro. He speaks 6 different languages and he will make you feel you did not miss your home at all. Congratulations to Mr Wael and staffs 🥰

Everything was amazing. The apartment was so clean and organised. The smell was Bakhoor the whole time. The apartment is cosy and comfortable to stay in. Ms Hind was so nice and gentle. She was so welcoming and even when we were facing some difficulties before travelling, she was there for us.
