A great hotel, a bit out of the way, but with good public transport connections, ideal for exploring Stockholm. From the manager to the kitchen staff, everyone who works there is friendly and helpful, which is something you don't often find in a hotel. Very professional. We've been there several times and will be back.

There was a possibilty to serve yourself a free drink (coffee or tee) whenever you wanted, which was especcially suitable in winter after you came back from a cold snowy street.
