they let me in 4 hours before check in time, coming from a cruise ship. After check out they let me stay on their wonderful roof terrace for the entire afternoon before my late night flight. The personnel was very thoughtful, they made a great surprise; my father found a cute little cake in his room on his birthday! The rooms were very spacious. The location is very close to the main attraction points of the city. There's a shopping mall as well as grocers and the like right next to the hotel. Hotel is by the riverside where there are many restaurants, cafes and bars that you can find a meal, snack or drink whenever you like.

Great location close to the business district, the touristy stuff and Clarkes Quay just a couple of mins walk away. Rooms by SG standards probably slightly larger and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was ok, with a wide range of choice. Overall nothing to dislike

Exceptional stay. Executive Lounge service is amazing. Room on the 31st floor, great views. They gave us a free limousine ride to the opera concert at esplanade. Concierge, room service and all staff are so nice. Always a smile for the guest.
