I had a fantastic stay at Mercure ICON Singapore City Centre! The breakfast was great, and the pool was absolutely amazing. The staff were incredibly nice and accommodating, and the Wi-Fi was fast, which was perfect for working during my stay. My airline lost my luggage, which was quite stressful, but the hotel staff went above and beyond to help me out and took care of everything. Their support made all the difference. Highly recommend this hotel for both leisure and work stays!

Maxwell Food Center is located close to the hotel so we didn't opted for breakfast. Close to train station. The room has no window, limited space but comfortable and the toilet is clean and spacious. Lenny, who does the room housekeeping, assured us if we need anything else, she is there to attend to us

I really liked the "Capri" hotel. The staff was very polite and understanding. When we arrived, our child was tired and started to fuss because the floor in the room was low. The staff upgraded our room category for free and gave us the highest floor possible so that the child would be happy. Many thanks to them! The hotel has a nice rooftop pool with stunning views. The breakfasts are decent, but a bit pricey considering that there is a whole street of restaurants nearby with cheap breakfast options. The hotel is well located, relative to the metro station - you can walk there in about three minutes. It takes about seven minutes to walk to the nearest large supermarket. We asked passers-by - they showed us the way. The room itself was cozy, clean, and pleasantly fragrant. The room was small in size, but very ergonomic. For the money, it turned out to be a fantastic hotel!
