The onsite bar and restaurant staff were the highlight of my stay. Very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. The first evening my party sat riverside with an excellent view and good service. When it rained we remained inside and enjoyed our time there. The room service was also excellent and I was able to have a large amount of clothing laundered.

Actually, everything. Everything from the main entrance to the infinity pool. Every corner of the Marina Bay Sands exceeded my expectation. Thanks to the butlers and everyone that served us, and special thanks to the reception named Rosh. We booked 2 rooms and when we come at the counter to check in there is 2 rooms far far away from each other. And we asked Rosh to make our rooms near to each other and at least put them in same tower. And then he talked with the manager of rooms ( i think its called that way) for about 30mins and then he offered us the best rooms of the hotel and service that he and the butlers gave us would definitely make us come again in Singapore and spend out more more time in Marina Bay Sands.
