Laura the receptionist did a wonderful job. She was friendly, caring and professional. This hotel allowed me early check in without extra cost. Few hotels still do this kind gesture. The location of this hotel is as good as it can get for tourists. The place is retro and has a cozy vibe.

The self-check-in process was one of the best we’ve encountered—clear, detailed instructions made it incredibly easy to access the apartment, even after a long journey. This thoughtful setup took away any stress, and we felt welcomed right away. The apartment itself exceeded our expectations. It was spotlessly clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail in maintaining the space was evident, from the cozy furnishings to the well-stocked amenities. It truly felt like a home away from home, allowing us to relax after a day of exploring the beautiful city of Bratislava. The hosts were outstanding. Communication was prompt and friendly; they answered all our questions quickly and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Their dedication to providing a top-notch guest experience really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. We can’t recommend City Castle Apartments highly enough.
