This was by far the best accommodation I've ever experienced. The hotel is set in a beautiful, peaceful garden. The staff were kind, professional, and housekeeping was done several times a day. The room was well-equipped and comfortable – the only thing missing was a wardrobe. Pools and the beach were perfectly maintained, and the on-site restaurants served excellent food. I would absolutely stay here again.

The view and pool are amazing, staff is super attentive, rooms are beautiful and spacious. Very calm area without much noise from the city center. They have a tuk tuk to help you bring your luggages from the beach area. Breakfast is delicious and has a lot of variety.

The rooms were clean,very comfortable,and the staff was amazing.Especially to staff -Mr Mohamad Alee. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Krabi. Even we book the tour - mangrove and 4 island with Ms Kookik and Ms Reena ,the service was top notch. The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. AMAZING! The staff are so nice. They offer a transport to the room whenever you need The hotel is placed in front of a beautiful cliff which makes the stay in the hotel just like in a fairytale. This was easily the best stay in our lives so far. The area is beautiful and very well maintained Food is great and breakfast is different everyday which is great. Every dish and cocktail looks amazing The cleaningness is to perfection Rooms are beautiful. We stayed in the room with a lake view and it was lovely. It exceeded our expectations so much. We spent 13 nights at the resort with our 8 months old daughter and it was fantastic! So what did we really like? - The hotel is literally embedded in the rain forest, which we loved. - Tubkaak is one of the nicest beaches on Thailand’s mainland. - Great staff. - Very good restaurants, especially the Thai restaurants. - Various activities, e.g. Yoga, Thai Boxing, SUP. - Excellent service. Stuff and hotel facilities are absolutely amazing. Food is very good, but expensive. Hotel's beach is beautiful and all pools are so nice to discover (near the beach, with the bar and the waterfalls between the pools + the relaxing pillows on the water, and the Olympic pool). Gym is extremely good with all need equipment. Activities in the hotel are very very nice - I had a HIIT lesson in the gym with a great nice coach (Sherlot) and for all the family we had: a muay thai lesson, wall claiming time on 2 days and a paddle board in the Olympic pool. Beach walk at night is also fantastic.
