The rooms and facilities were all very clean and new. The smell of the hotel on every floor was amazing and fresh. We actually saw the cleaning staff clean the elevators even though they were clean. This made us super happy and we felt safe and at home. The staff and service were top notch! Thank you Mr. Title our concierge for making my husband's birthday a special day. Thank you for the club lounge staff: Wawa, Pepe, Giff and Nasha. We love the breakfast staff too because they ask us about our daily plans and suggest places. All in all we felt like we were the only VIP guests in the whole hotel during our 9-day stay. Thank you we will be coming back.

Everything was perfect. This hotel knows how to anticipate traveler needs before the travelers even realize what they are. The staff is so kind and helpful,and all little details are well organized, and all the basics that you hope will work smoothly are all 10/10: super comfy mattresses and pillows, good hot water, excellent water pressure, strong fan, cold air conditioning, helpful amenities, great electronics (tv and kitchen items) for relaxing around the space. The rooftop was absolutely excellent too, with a relaxing pool and some fun swings - swinging on the side of a skyscraper on a hot day feels amazing!Everything is a 10. Bravo to this hotel!

Hotel is in a great location, a lot of japanese restaurants around, very calm compared to other places in Bangkok. The staff was beyond respectful and kind. Hotel room was well equipped, very clean, no noise at all. Overall an amazing hotel, deffinitely would come back again.
