Location wise (for single and young ppl) is exceptional as it is situated near the famous khao san road. But may opt to go in rambuttri for a much chiller place. The room view is very good if you choose the ones facing the river. Communication between the hotel staff is easy as they can converse in international language very well.

The breakfast buffet was exceptional, especially the live cooking stations for eggs, Nutella, and pancakes automaker. The orange juice was also delicious. The room was very comfortable, and the view from the 28th floor was breathtaking. The pool was a good size, and the water was a comfortable temperature. The depth of the pool was consistent throughout, at around 1.2 meters. The staff was also very friendly, helpful, and gave great advice. They were always happy to answer my questions and help me plan my day. I especially appreciated their recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff, the facilities, and the location were all top-notch. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the city.

Location location location! Enjoyed the spacious corner Suite. Large lap pool with lots of lounge chairs. Easy to reach MBK by lift for shopping in air conditioning and getting food. Also the Seven11 downstairs has sim cards. Close to Siam MRT station to get the weekend market. Walking distance to Siam Paragon. 12 min Grab ride to IconSiam on the river.

We stayed in this marvellous property second time in last 4 months and no hesitation to say that it didn't disapoint us again . Start at reception Ms Chananan is exceptional at her work . We knew her since our last visit . She is very attentive , caring and keep records of minute details of each customer's requirements . Other staff at reception Ms Nidtakan was also helpful . Worth mentioning of team Red , particularly Ms Nattakarn , Ms Minthiya , Ms Cherry , Gents in Red Mr Fam , who were part of a dedicated , hard working , omni present and ever smiling team . Breakfast at Niche and Addison were mouth watering and upto perfection . Mr Krit , Ms Somporn , Ms kanoknan , Mr Thotsaporn were champion of Niche . Mr Farhan ,Guard , was well mannered and courteous. Nonetheless Worth mentioning Ms Peary at 1897 cigar lounge , who was dextrous at her job , knew requirements of clients and very dedicated to dispense it . Besides Great and amazing staff , prime location and quality of services are strength of this hotel . I definitely recommend this hotel , will surely come back and give them exceptional rating which they rightfully deserve .

Our family has been spending New Year’s holidays in Bangkok for several years, and we consistently stayed at the Kempinski Hotel. Its convenient location near Siam Paragon, excellent service, and high-quality standards have made it our go-to choice for many years. Last year, we decided to try something new and stayed at the Eastin serviced apartment hotel. It was a wonderful experience: spacious rooms, a cosy, almost homely atmosphere – everything was convenient and comfortable. In 2025, we continued this tradition and chose Chatrium, which also offers serviced apartment accommodations. We were delighted with excellent service, a convenient location, and diverse, delicious breakfasts - everything was top-notch! A shuttle operated between the hotel and Siam Paragon every 10 minutes, with a travel time of just 2 or 3 minutes. It was convenient that you could send your shopping bags via the shuttle, and they would be delivered directly to your room, allowing you to continue your shopping without interruption. The only minor drawback was the relatively modest pool, and there were times when sunbeds were in short supply, but for a city-based serviced apartment hotel, this was not a critical issue. Verdict: we will return! 😎
