The staff were very nice and helpful and all spoke good english. The place is beautiful, the room big and clean with a balcony area with a really comfortable bed. One of the pillows was too thin and they changed it no problem. The pool is a plus which we really enjoyed. Amazing value for what we paid.

We had the most incredible stay at Paapu House! The owner is so nice, really welcoming! She was able to give us some good tips on things to do/eat/see in the area. The room was so cute and cosy, nicer than we expected. The shared bathroom was really clean, not too many guests meant we could shower when we wanted to and did not have to wait. The location is perfect, just outside of the city center. A nice 20min walk to the night market, walking distance to many of the temples in Chiang Mai. We had breakfast twice at the downstairs cafe and it was incredible! Super fresh, big portions and amazing vibes. I would definitely come here again!

I loved this little condo I stayed in, it's in a quiet little yard, if you don't stay there you wouldn't even know there are flats there, so that's really good for Chiang Mai. Very close to everything, yet very quiet. The owner was very kind and brough water, fruits, jam and butter whenever it run out in the kitchen. There is a washing machine and dryer. Airconditioning works well. The place is super clean and cosy. Friendly cat outside. Recommended place to stay.

Check in and check out was a breeze and the hostel is clean and comfortable. I requested for ironing facilities and it was prepared before I checked in. The convenience of having a washer (complete with detergent and softener) is a bonus. Although the dryer was broken, there is a plug in fan to blow dry the clothes in the room. The owner is very friendly and communicated well with us throughout the stay, she was also kind enough to provide and top up plenty of drinking water, fruits, beverages and bread. We love the location as it’s nearby alot of good eateries and night bazaar

This is a great hotel just on the edge of the old town . We enjoyed our 5 days there and we highly recommend this hotel . The staff are helpful and very pleasant. Very close to all bars ,temples and restaurants. We had a triple room ,the beds were comfortable and the room was spotless . Pool was small but good for a dip after a day out .
