Everything. Staff was amazing, location was amazing, the fact that you can book so much through the hotel (e.g., scooters and tours). The option to eat at the hotel is also very nice. Without scooter you can walk 10 minutes to a very good restaurant. This hotel is truly amazing!

Great hostel! The stuff makes it great 😊 Lovely receptionist who is very easygoing and always ready for a small talk, to give you some pieces of advice where to go and always checks on how it's going for you. Guys at the bar are super nice. They are always ready to mix a cocktail, play pool or table games with you, and do a bit of talk. It's not a party hostel, but still there is a bar with coffee/cocktails, music (not very loud), pool, table games, console. Also there is a place where you can work with your laptop. The female dorm is clean, quite big, with a private bathroom and most comfortable stairs to the bed on the 2nd floor! Mattresses are good as well.

Everything, the welcome on arrival was lovely, the gardens were stunning, well maintained and lush. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, spacious and modern. But the staff were wonderful, friendly, helpful and always smiling. Tank the restaurant manager was incredible and helped me surprise my friend with bubbles and cake for her birthday. Joe the pool bar manager has a lovely friendly relaxed manner with all guests, knowing everyone’s names and what the liked to drink in a day. He has a great personality and super smile. He went out of his way to make everyone feel special.

Great hostel! Very clean and the mattress was super comfortable. I slept so well. There are many yoga and mindfulness classes included throughout the day which was great! You can literally make a short retreat for yourself here.

It’s a small property with just a few cabins. The path leading to it is beautiful, surrounded by lush vegetation! The pool is gorgeous and open 24/7, and there’s an open kitchen you can use if you want to cook. From the pool, you can see a sort of river—and we even spotted a monitor lizard! You can walk everywhere from the hotel—it’s within walking distance of Pantip Market. The manager is incredibly kind and full of great advice, and the rest of the team is super friendly too!

The best Hotel in 3 months of travelling around asia. Nice bungalows (look new in 2022) with comfortable beds, good wifi, shower is warm, directly at the beach (no seaview), roomsafe, netflix TV, fridge, something to wash off the sand infront of the room, frontporch with roof, chairs, table and a hammock and drinking water at the reception. Nice beach chairs, large Pool, massage place and a very good affordable restaurant (important for people on a budget). Beach infront of the hotel is cleaned by the staff. Every single member of the staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. As you can tell we had a great stay.

Situated in Ban Nua and within 600 metres of Baan Kai Beach, Moon Travel Phangan has a terrace, non-smoking rooms, and free WiFi throughout the property.
