A perfect stay in Koh Lanta's Oasis! My partner and I recently had the pleasure of staying in a delightful bungalow in Serene Lanta Resort. The bungalows are super clean and come with a quaint patio, perfect for a relaxed drink or morning coffee. The value for money here really impressed us. Not only is it affordable, but the quality of the stay is exceptional. The owners are incredibly sweet, always ready to help, making our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. What was initially planned as a two-day visit quickly turned into a blissful seven-day stay. This charming place is ideally located, offering a quiet retreat just off the main road, yet it's only a five-minute walk to a stunning 4km long beach. This beach area is a treasure trove, featuring bars, restaurants, a yoga studio, a Muay Thai gym, and a local market, among other conveniences. We also appreciated the convenience of renting brand new scooters on-site. This allowed us the freedom to explore the island's beautiful beaches at our leisure, without relying on taxis. In conclusion, if you're looking for a comfortable, convenient, and delightful stay in Koh Lanta, this place is a fantastic choice. It's more than just a place to stay; it's a little piece of paradise that you'll be tempted to extend your time in, just like we did!

These handcrafted huts/bungalows are clean, spacious, providing AC and a wonderful rotating fan. The bathroom is perfectly sloped to dry quickly. Host speaks best English we’ve encountered, and his wife is a superb cook. I especially appreciate the sticky brown rice with fresh coconut. There are set breakfast options as well as a la carte. Be sure to inquire about restaurant hours.

The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the fridge and kettle ensured you had all the essentials. The gardens were exquisite and so well kept. Motorbike rental available at the hotel which you will need to get round Koh Lanta. There are some shops and restaurants within walking distance.

I loved the staff and the fact that this is not placed in the island center - but very close to it by scooter (that they rent). The staff is very lovely and the restaurant here is also good and cheap. Would definitely stay here again

We loved the resort. The location is perfect, not too far from the beach. It’s nice and clean and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. If you want a quiet place but still want to be able to quickly be at the beach and enjoy the nightlife, this is the perfect spot. Renting a scooter is recommended. Usually the resort has some ready for their guests for a small fee per day.

The rooms are very cute and self sufficient. The AC is very much appreciated and the hot shower was great. The wifi is great. They offer food all day (for purchase, but at a great price). The Chicken Green Curry was fantastic, as was the Vegetable Fried Rice. We did laundry, at 40thb per kg. What a deal! You really want a bike if you are here, so you can easily get around as you are quite a hike from the beach. But it was a welcome, peaceful respite, a 5min ride to the nearest beach. We were a 2min ride or a 10min walk to both the Maekaew Caves and the Lanta Elephant Sanctuary, both of which I highly recommend. The cave is hardcore. You will be crawling, so if you can't crawl or climb a ladder, give this a miss.
