What a perfect stay! The property is unbelievably clean, cozy and comfortable. Two Thai ladies welcomed us and they were the kindest people we met on our trip. The rooms had every single detail attended to, we had everything we could want. And when you think it can’t get any better, you get served the most amazing breakfast every morning! The location of this hotel is also top notch, in a very beautiful street of old Phuket town with amazing restaurants and cafés that serve the most delicious food.

A Hidden Gem That Feels Like Home – 2Rooms Boutique Some places you visit, and some places leave a lasting mark on your heart—2Rooms Boutique is definitely the latter. Tucked away in a charming colonial-style building, the room is perched right above Torry’s Ice Cream Shop, a dessert lover’s dream. Their biscuits, desserts, and ice cream are absolutely divine, and being so close was honestly a little dangerous for my sweet tooth! The room itself is huge—so spacious, airy, and beautifully decorated. It was the perfect retreat after wandering around the Old Town all day. And the location? You couldn’t ask for better. It’s on the most picturesque street, lined with boutique shops, cosy cafes, and relaxing spas. Everything about it just felt magical. I have to give a special shoutout to Suda, the amazing housekeeper who truly made my stay unforgettable. She was so helpful, so kind, and kept treating me to free scoops of Torry’s ice cream (how could I ever say no?). The rest of the staff at Torry’s were just as lovely, always welcoming with big smiles. They all made me feel so at home, and I’ll always hold a special place in my heart for them. 2Rooms Boutique isn’t just a place to stay—it’s an experience I’ll treasure forever!

Love this place!I have been here more than 10 times through the years. Definitely recommend it and i will be coming back again and again. Great place to stay if you wish to explore FANTASTIC Phuket Town. Excellent decoration and spotless.

Wow! We stayed in the Spring unit and it was a truly amazing stay. We missed the last ferry to Phi Phi and had to make a last minute booking for one night in Phuket Town from the taxi - the staff accommodated our sudden arrival. The unit (it’s more like an apartment than a hotel room) is exactly as pictured (the decor is amazing) and is really great value for money as it so much cheaper than a hotel in Patong. The unit has a small equipped kitchenette which makes it stand out if you’re staying for a few days. Great location in the middle of a great neighbourhood in Phuket Town. Would highly recommend a stay at 125 Baan.

Location is brilliant. You’re on a block where everything is happening, food, bars , live music , massages. Staff were superb - we had issues with our boat trip (we didn’t get our tickets sent) NJ went out his way to phone the company and to sort our tickets out without asking him. I only asked to use his phone and he overheard my predicament. Wonderful guy. For couples or solo travellers it’s perfect. I have never done a review but for the experience we had and for the cost I would highly recommend. As I know it can be tricky when looking for places. You can get a 10 minute taxi to the pier also.

Wonderful brand-new hostel in a very central location in old town. Super friendly staff, good wifi, lockers, delicious breakfast, what else would you want?! Wish you guys lots of success with your new hostel!
