I had the pleasure of staying at the Carlton Hotel in Tunis and found it to be an excellent choice. The hotel's location is ideal, providing easy access to local attractions. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were consistently helpful and friendly. The breakfast offered a diverse selection, catering to various tastes, which added to the positive experience. I would like to extend special thanks to Fatoma, the housekeeping staff member, who went above and beyond. She provided a valuable recommendation to visit Bizerte City, which I unfortunately couldn't take advantage of this time due to my pre-booked stay in Sousse. However, I look forward to exploring Bizerte on my next visit to Tunisia. Overall, I highly recommend the Carlton Hotel for its excellent service and convenient location.

All the staff were very friendly, especially Emna at the reception, she is very kind, nice, helpful and informative, she works very hard to satisfy all the guests, she helped me to take a taxi and book another day at the hotel until I came back from Sousse. Emna makes the guests feel home. The hotel is very clean and the location is very central, very close to Medina. I totally recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff is the best, especially Mr. Abdelhak and his crew: he is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly. He helped with my luggage, gave me suggestions of places where I could eat, he made my stay in the room very comfortable (I loved the chair he brought me so that I could work online).
