We enjoyed our stay to the fullest. The apartment was new and modern, especially its clean rooms made us feel very comfortable. We had everything we needed, such as a washing machine, towels, toilet paper, slippers etc.. The reception was open 24/7 and the service was great - friendly and quick. Everything we asked for was delivered immediately. I fully recommend this place. There are also many restaurants and bakeries nearby. You can take the bus and metro easily. If you travel with your family, you can feel safe and welcome!

The staff is very friendly and attentive, if you need anything they will help you, the breakfast in the morning is very good, lots of choices. We arrived at the hotel early because of a flight, but even though check in was at 2 pm, they let us in at 11 am without any problems. They also have good room service

I loved this hotel! It was very close to the metro station, which made getting around so convenient. The hotel was clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!

it was very spacious and had every thing you might need for a stay in a city. I came for surgery and therefore looked for hotels near to the clinic, which was really in the middle of no where. However the Rox hotel really made it all very easy for us. the staff were extremely polite and friendly, often already knowing what it is you needed/wanted without having to ask. The rooms were cleaned and beds and sheets changed daily and housekeepers very friendly and accommodating. We ate in the restaurant every day as there was so much variety and the food was delicious ! I would definitely recommend this hotel to others! We had a suit, so our room was separate from the main area, the only thing I would say is that the empty spaces could be used better… more/bigger furniture.

It is far from Instanbul airoport, but it is an excellent hotel. Clean, with great personnel, the gardens look nice. Not much to visit around it, but it was ok for me, i was passing by for one day. the food was excelent, the best falafel ever.

Stay at this hotel is exceptional. The staff are excellent and the room is clean. Also, the location of the hotel is located near to metrobus and metro so it is easy to go to different shopping mall or touristic sites. This is my second stay and I will keep considering this place for any visit to Istanbul.
