Everything was amazing.
Firstly, we reserved smaller room, but we got a bigger one without any extra charge.
Staff was amazing. We had a very warm welcome by receptionist. While drinking a tea, he was explaining us the main city attractions and he offered any kind of help.
Breakfast was amazing too and we got surprised by fresh food waiting for us on our last day.
On my next trip to Istanbul, I will definitely stay here again!

Old Istanbul has plenty of classic and homely hotels, if that's your thing. I prefer modern hotels with fresh design, and there are very few of those there. We chose this one and didn't regret it. It's a great location within walking distance of all the sights, the reception staff speaks good English, the rooms are pleasantly designed, the hallways smell fresh, the rooms are small but comfortable, the showers have good water pressure, and the Wi-Fi is fast. What else am I forgetting? We didn't order breakfast—it's not a problem in this area—but we've heard good reviews from other guests. We thank the hotel and its staff for a wonderful visit to Istanbul.

This is our first time visiting Istanbul, and we were very satisfied with the Saruhan Hotel. We even adjusted our plan and stayed for an extra two days. The manager and other staff were very patient and helped us answer various questions. The breakfast was delicious, and the rooftop terrace view was amazing. The entire hotel decoration was very tasteful. I love this hotel, and next time I come to Istanbul, I would like to stay at this hotel.

The location is perfectly placed - once you’ve checked in there’s no need to take any taxis, as you will be close to all the places that are must-visit! Including dinner places. The spa and steam included - as well the breakfast was perfect.
The staff were all beyond sweet - they made sure all needs are met and more.
We give this place and its staff 10/10 - definitely will visit again.
