Our stay at the Address Istanbul was to our satisfaction. The staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. The bathroom shower was the best we have experienced compared to any other hotels we have stayed at. Perfect water pressure and temperature. Direct access from the hotel into Emaar Mall was so convenient. This mall has luxury shops and amazing food, as well as a supermarket. Ozgur the Doorman was extremely helpfull throughout our stay, from making sure our shopping gets sent up to our room, to fetching our rental car from the hotel basement free parking which was actually a bonus. Check Out was a breeze and Ozgur used his expert skills to pack our luggage into our car. We would definitely stay at the Address Istanbul again on our next visit.

This place felt like a second home! We originally stayed for 5 days, but my family loved it so much we booked for the rest of our holiday. The location is great, so peaceful and quiet, but also near grocery stores and a bus stop. We really liked our suite, it was nicely designed and fulfilled all our necessities. Staff was also very friendly, loved our stay here, and will come again!

Hotel is perfectly located, nearby the subway. I stayed at Frezya for 18 days, the atmosphere was great. İ had a single room with a view of the sea, so when i woke up i could enjoy a beautiful view from the window. The room was spacious and there was enough closets for clothes. Everything in the room was clean. The staff were also friendly and helpful, especially mrs Aynur helped me a lot. As a single women traveler it felt reliable and very safe. İ had a great time, I recommend staying at this place.

The property itself was absolutely beautiful and all the amazing detail inside and the way it was decorated was very pretty and cozy I almost felt like I was staying at home. All the staff where absolutely lovely and so kind, the host Gulsak was such an amazing woman as I came here for surgery and she always made sure I was okay.

A great apartment for a comfortable stay! The apartment is located in a convenient and quiet area. There are shops, cafes, pharmacies and public transport nearby, so getting to the center or other parts of the city is not a problem. The apartment itself is well-maintained, bright and comfortable with a pleasant interior. It has all the necessary furniture and appliances, including a fully equipped kitchen. Special thanks to the host for his politeness and responsiveness. He was always available to help with any issues and made my stay very comfortable. This apartment is an ideal choice for those who value comfort, cleanliness, and a pleasant living experience. If I need to rent again in this area, I would be happy to return.
