Everything! Staff are friendly. The thermal pool indoor and outdoor are fantastic and therapeutic. . And a swimming pool water too cold we did not use it. We had half board with dinner (buffet) not bad lot of choices. Rooms are big and clean. Away from the busy town to Hierapolis but good for us we had a car.

We had a balcony overlooking the Hotel's various hot pools. The pools were delightful to swim in in the cold winter evenings. The staff were very helpful. Taylan was a star using his own phone to help make some calls for us.

The hotel staff were excellent especially Buse at reception she showed us around when we couldn’t find the thermal pools, she ordered a fruit platter free of charge for us The thermal pools were great clean etc The hotel was a huge breakfast and dinner buffet style They offer you afternoon tea for free as well you are ever hungry the most generous hotel I have stayed at Of course their market is tourists and that’s what they cater for
