Basic room with basic facilities. The location is excellent, walking distance from pamukkale entrance. The room was spotless, and you could feel the sheets were freshly washed. The breakfast was rich and fresh. The beds were very comfortable.

best hotel I have ever stayed in, also the best breakfast ever had in turkey. very close to the Pamukkale Hot Springs, offers free shuttle to there, has a nice swimming pool also. the Manager Uwan was a very friendly guy!

The Akapella Hotel was absolutely great. The location is perfect if you want to explore Hierapolis and the thermal pools. They offer tours and other activities if you want to do something else and the lady who runs the place was so so friendly. The breakfast is fantastic, and the room and bathroom were great. I recommend staying here if you ever visit Pamukkale.

Pamukkale is an unforgetable destionation by itself, Whiteheaven hotel turned that even better.
