The place is excellent value for budget travellers.
It offers bigger rooms than comparable hotels in the area, definitely cleaner and quieter than many.
I got upgraded to a balcony room upon request. The breakfast was satisfactory, and the free streetside parking was very useful.
I'm making it my regular spot from now on

The host Brown is a lovely guy. He was on time and waiting for us at the airport. More importantly, he ensured that we were on time for our flight out the next morning. The transfer and accommodation were affordable and good value for money. The apartment is clean, spacious and comfortable. We felt safe. I would highly recommend.
