Hotel staff are the best, very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Location is excellent too, and clearly marked from the main street. The room size was good for the price. I booked a room with AC, and it cooled the room like a charm. Room is very quiet, despite the hotel being in a busy side of city centre, but you can't hear a thing inside the room.

Right from the beginning when we arrived the airport at about 3am, we were picked by a very helpful driver organized by Aura. On arrival at the suites, the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Our 2-bedroom apartment was perfect for the family. Cozy rooms, great air-conditioning. The hall and kitchen were very clean and spacious. We loved breakfast at Aura suites, always ate to our fill. The staff at the breakfast room were always pleasant and eager to help. The location was only 7 minutes away from my meetings and so was easy to get in and out. With its proximity to the mall, supplies were easy to get. Overall it was a great stay. To me, my favorite part was the staff. They were generally soft-spoken but very welcoming and helpful. I forget some of the names but remember Michael and Zawadi who went out of their way to make us comfortable. The best of the staff was the Manager, Raj, who kept engaged from when we made the booking till we left. I have a feeling that the excellent staff attitude is instilled from the management. Keep it up Aura.

We really enjoyed staying at BabaJay House. It is close to the airport (15 minutes drive) and airport transfer was easy organized with BabaJay, everything went well. We had to depart at 4:00 in the early morning and Brown drove us himself to the airport. We had great food, dinner and breakfast, in Brown’s private dining room in the house. It was really huge and delicious, just cooked for us and a lot of fresh fruit. we never could eat all of the food. We really loved the family atmosphere and warm welcome, as well that we could stay where local people manage the place. We could also use the garden. Thank you for the great stay in your place, Brown!
