Shelter was very nice and comfortable. Staff were excellent, went out of their way to help us park our vehicle. Hot and cold filtered water on every floor.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! For this price they offer so many useful things which some other hotels don't offer at a higher price. The staff is very welcoming and ready to help. During the daylight when "black outs" happen because of the war, they switch on a generator. For this - special thank you!

Excellent place to stay. I was staying in Kyiv with my dad and this place was excellent. The staff don't speak English but using Google translate communication was friendly and polite. Helped me with my apartment choice as I needed two beds. Very modern very clean and the location had everything I needed. Would highly recommend.
