The service is exceptional- starting with small monkey for the kids (the preferred souvenir from new york for our kids), help with luggage, finding dinner, all The hotel doesn't serve breakfast but there is always coffee, tea and hot chocolate available It is very well placed on Little Italy / Chinatown, very nice market in the morning.
