Great hotel and fantastic location. It was very clean. Rooms are not very big but well planned and have everything you'd need. 24 hour reception, very friendly and helpful. Great hotel spaces to use outside of your room. Mattress was good quality too. I looked at this hotel online but in person it was better.

This is the first time I have stayed at this hotel, having stayed at neighbouring hotels in recent years. The staff were extremely friendly, they made me feel very welcome and for this reason I will certainly choose this hotel again for my next visit. The rooftop bar was lovely with amazing views across to Manhattan.

Staff at the reception were amazing, nicer to me than my own family. They made us feel so special, like we were VIP's. Love the decor and tone of voice of your graphics/decor etc. It feels like coming home its just the coolest! Well done we just loved it so much! x

Incredibly good staff - not overly familiar but naturally very good.
