Staff was always kind and willing to help. Room was big and noise proof. Amazing location in the loop, close to everything that's beautiful and useful in Chicago. They offer a great coffee machine 24/7 and some tasty popcorn everything afternoon. Loved this perk so much!

I have stayed here three times already, and this is the best hotel in my opinion! The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the location is excellent, and the parking is safe, convenient, and reasonably priced! The Pendry is gorgeous hotel in a gorgeous building. Prices are steep for rooms in downtown Chicago but the Pendry and its staff offer top-rate accommodation for the price. The lobbies are spectacular. The service is excellent (particularly Muriel at the desk and Anis at the lobby bar). The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet (could use a little more art work maybe). The bathroom could be bigger but this is a historic building and there are certainly limitations. The rooftop bar offers great views of Chicago but was generally booked for events while we were there (October), limiting its usefulness for guests.
