The most important feature is the location 100 ft subway station giving access to the red & brown lines the neighborhood has all services groceries restaurants this location saved time and money in my trip
the property is old but well maintained and clean
the main purpose of my trip was doing Chicago marathon 2022 so this location is recommended for any runner want to participate as the start line is around 20 minutes from the hotel by subway

A delightful, unexpected surprise. A lovely place to stay. The downstairs common area is very charming. My rooms was really nice: comfortable and spacious. In summer there is a large front garden to sit in.
