We liked everything. Even though it took them a few minutes to locate our reservation for che- in due to mistake in the last name the staff member went out of his way to apologize and provided extra water bottles. Room was perfect and so was location and service.

We had a fantastic stay at the Mag Mile Residence Inn. The room was exceptionally spacious, spotless, and very comfortable – perfect for our family trip. The small kitchen was impressively well-equipped, which was especially helpful as we were traveling with a baby. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was large and clean. The hotel also has a stylish and welcoming lobby, which was a great space to relax and spend time with family who were in town for a wedding. The gym was another highlight – well-equipped with quality machines and free weights. And the location couldn’t have been better: just steps from the Magnificent Mile and a short walk from the river and many of Chicago’s top attractions. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for space, comfort, and convenience in the heart of the city.

The location is perfect and walkable. The rooms are large, a bit old-style, coffee machine, iron-everything you need. The staff are polite and helpful. The sound of the air-conditioners outside was a bit annoying, so they changed the room without any complaints.

Ideally set in Chicago, Aloft Chicago Mag Mile features air-conditioned rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi and a shared lounge.
