Alex on the front desk has been very helpful to us for the late checkout. Will stay there again just because of this. Not everyone's priority but Gym is also very good, clean and easy to use with enough equipment. Rooms are also very clean.

Firstly Its in perfect location You can walk every where or get taxi for a cheap price because Its so close to The main things what is MUST do/see in Chicago We had a beautifull wiev from The 18th Floor and also swimingpool was open what is very rare every where as they closing normaly for a seson .
