It's hard to put into words how much we loved staying at this hotel. The location is exceptional, with just two short blocks from the F subway. The staff went out of their way to answer any questions we had and having breakfast available was the icing on the cake !

I loved the hotel's location: the neighbourhood is great, there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance, and the subway connection is perfect in all directions. The breakfast was sufficient for us, if you add some vegetables would be just great. To me, there were plenty of amenities in the hotel, such as coffee and tea 24/7 in the lobby, the possibility to take breakfast away, a gym, and luggage storage. The room was small but well designed in a way that it was equipped with all the necessities and more (coffee machine, iron desk) and very comfortable. We got the backyard view room, and it was very quiet in the night. The wifi was great, which was important for us, as we didn't have a US number. Last but not least, the staff of the hotel is just lovely! I always felt welcomed and never had the impression that I was bothering someone. They were all very helpful, kind, and approachable (especially the front desk staff, but also the cleaning team, breakfast team and everyone). They made our stay comfortable, easy and carefree. Special greetings to Nichole and also the lady who welcomed us the day we arrived (I am sorry, I don't remember the name). You are all great, and I hope to visit you again!

The staff is friendly and very courteous. The rooms were clean and well stocked with snacks and coffee in the room. The rooms are clean and safe. Not scary.

This was very good accomodation which exceeded my expectations. Clean, comfortable - real king size bed, i think i have never slept so good at the hotel. Everybody at the hotel was very kind. Location perfect.

From the first moment that we stepped into the hotel till the last moment that we checked out, we were treated like a family member by the ladies at the Reception always with a smiling face. The room (Deluxe Queen Room with Two Queen Beds City View) was spacious and clean as well as quiet with a spectacular view of the Colombus Park nearby and the tall buildings around. It was very nice to be able to open a little bit the two windows to get some fresh air, even though the air conditioner worked properly at all times. The location of the hotel is in Chinatown in Lower Manhattan, which I would recommend for its nice and safe neighborhood, and it is very close to many attractions, restaurants, street food, marketplace, and public transport (metro and buses) all within easy walking distance.

Had a fantastic stay at Hotel 50 Bowery. Very easy to get to, lovely facilities, room more than large enough and view of the city was lovely. They even gave us an upgrade which was brilliant. One nice touch was the complimentary coffee/tea available. Thank you for a great stay.

I liked the location of the hotel. It's only around 3 minutes walk to the subway station. I also really liked the helpfulness of the staff! I went to New York for the first time as a solo female traveler. My departure for an international flight was in the early morning, so I was worried about getting a taxi during those hours. I talked to the staff, and they had contact with a driver that could take me to JFK. I am really thankful for that. I also had two big luggages with me, and the receptionist helped me bring them down since the hotel is on the second floor and there was no elevator.
