Beautiful, spotless and spacious rooms. Helpful staff. Great location. We stay here whenever we come back to NY to visit family. Prices can fluctuate but if you can score a good deal this is ideal.

Perfect location, super close to 2 different subway stations, free water all day, free coffee in the morning, free wine every evening. The room is not too small (if you know other hotels in New York that have even less space). The building is old but was clearly renovated, the bathroom was super modern and clean, spacious. I felt safe walking to the hotel at night (traveling alone as a woman)

Everything is on point, lovely set up of the hotel and rooms, amenities are superb and the coffee and common areas are great. The staff helped us and welcomed us perfectly and our stay although it was short it was definitely worth repeating again
